We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience leading IT/software projects in dynamic environments. You’ll be the glue between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders—balancing agility, structure, and clarity under pressure. You must be a natural communicator, exceptionally organized, and ready to pivot fast when priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Communicate and influence across internal and external teams to align goals.
• Use Jira Dashboards and Confluence to track progress and document processes.
• Prioritize tasks and keep projects moving in fast-paced conditions.
• Manage high volumes of communication across teams (IM, email, meetings).
• Translate ambiguity into structured plans, organizing input from multiple data streams.
• Embrace flexibility—handling shifting scopes, timelines, and cross-functional requests.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and support multiple concurrent efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience with Jira Dashboards and Confluence.
• Proficient in organizing large amounts of information and communication across channels.
• Ability to work under pressure, context-switch quickly, and juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, stakeholders, and unfamiliar people.
• Prior experience in startups or high-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support project management.
• Exceptional adaptability, flexibility, and detail orientation.
• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency. C1 preferred
