Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing essential technical assistance and ensuring they can use our products effectively. This is a hands-on position where you'll solve problems directly and help customers understand our platform's capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Direct Customer Support: You'll be the first line of defense for customer questions and issues. This includes responding to and resolving support tickets via email and phone calls.
- Troubleshoot & Configure: You'll work with our console to troubleshoot issues and perform configurations for customers. You'll also use tools like Postman to test various functions, such as shipment processes.
- Assist with Data Management: You will help customers with data-related tasks, including troubleshooting issues with CSV file uploads and transferring information using tools like Google Sheets.
- Communicate with Customers: You'll spend time on calls and Zoom meetings with customers, helping them navigate our platform and better understand their business needs. You'll clearly explain solutions and guide them through technical processes.
- Understand Business Requirements: You'll listen to customers' needs and translate them into technical actions, ensuring our platform is configured to support their unique business goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Basic technical knowledge and comfort working with a software UI.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets and Postman is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer calls and emails.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong English communication skills - Minimum high B2 level proficiency
