Customer Success Analyst

We’re looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join a fast-growing startup in the supply chain industry. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with relationship management. You’ll work directly with customers, helping them get value from the analytics and simulation tools, while acting as a key connector between the product, data, and customer teams.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll troubleshoot issues, deliver impactful insights, and guide users through the onboarding and training process. All while managing your own portfolio of customer accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical Customer Support: Act as the first line of defense for issues like login errors, data discrepancies, and product troubleshooting
- Data Analysis & Simulation: Run simulations using proprietary tools, interpret the results, and explain insights clearly to customers
- Account Management: Oversee 5–7 customer accounts, monitor progress, and proactively deliver reports to help them meet their goals
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through setup and early usage, offering clear support and answering technical questions
- Project Ownership: Support the internal team with tasks such as creating rate cards, managing, and improving documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of formal work experience as a Customer Success Analyst or in related positions
- Strong analytical skills to work with complex data and explain results to non-technical users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency, C1 preferred
