We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex product initiatives from concept to launch. This is not a “ticket pusher” role — we need someone who understands the big picture, thrives in technical discussions, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while navigating both strategic and day-to-day execution.

Resposibilities:

• Own end-to-end product development, from roadmap to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineers to define requirements, ensure feasibility, and make sound technical decisions.
• Actively participate in technical discussions — not just observe — to understand implications and unblock teams.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders across distributed teams.
• Create and maintain clear documentation (Confluence, Jira), including audit-ready workflows when needed.
• Use Git for generating basic reports or understanding workflow status.
• Serve as the bridge between business, design, and engineering, always pushing for clarity and execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a technical and/or enterprise setting.
• Proven experience launching new products from scratch.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and common tech stacks.
• Comfortable using Git at a basic level (e.g., to generate reports or understand repos).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies.
• A proactive, curious, and technical mindset — not afraid to dive into complex problems or ask questions.
• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
