Senior Backend Engineer (Python + Golang)

Our positions are full-time, remote, and offer competitive compensation in USD.

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python and Golang to join a high-performing, globally distributed team. You’ll be building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that power real-world products.

This role is perfect for someone with at least 4 years of backend development experience, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for clean, efficient code. You should be comfortable owning backend services end-to-end and communicating technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer.
  • Strong experience with both Python and Golang in production environments.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services for building and scaling applications.
  • Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
