Backend AI Engineer

Our positions are full-time, remote, and offer competitive compensation in USD.

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with experience integrating LLMs, AI, RAGs, or similar technologies to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in backend development with a focus on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall backend experience.
  • Expertise in Python and asynchronous programming
  • Experience with the Django framework
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  • Demonstrated experience with LLM or RAGs integrations
  • Practical experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
