Senior Full Stack Engineer (Nest.js + Next.js)

Our positions are full-time, remote, and offer competitive compensation in USD.

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Nest.js and Next.js for modern web development to join our team. You will work on building and optimizing high-performing applications, collaborating closely with international teams, and contributing to products that integrate seamlessly with platforms like Shopify and AWS.

This role is a great fit if you are passionate about clean code, scalable architectures, and seamless user experiences, and want to keep growing your skills in both backend and frontend development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using TypeScript, Nest.js, MongoDB, Redis, and GraphQL
  • Build and optimize user-facing applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
  • Work on Shopify checkout extensions and Shopify functions to extend e-commerce capabilities
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability by monitoring, debugging, and optimizing existing code
  • Collaborate with the team to design APIs, implement best practices, and improve developer workflows
  • Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments (Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, Elasticache)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in TypeScript across backend and frontend
  • Strong knowledge of Nest.js for backend development and Next.js and/or React for frontend development
  • Strong foundation in HTML and CSS, with experience using TailwindCSS or custom CSS solutions
  • Experience with MongoDB (including performance optimizations)
  • Understanding of GraphQL and state/data management libraries
  • Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
  • Familiarity with AWS services
  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
