We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Terraform and hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in GCP. You will work independently to support infrastructure and CI/CD automation while collaborating across teams. Your ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of DevOps tasks will be critical to success in this role.
As part of our organization, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing infrastructure using Terraform, building CI/CD workflows, managing metrics and alerts, and contributing to platform engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of overall experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, including modules and workspaces.
• High-level experience with Docker.
• Medium-level experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of GCP services; basic knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Experience supporting Terraform-based infrastructure repos and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2+ level proficiency.
• Must be able to clearly communicate requirements, proposals, and troubleshooting details with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software development (frontend/backend).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Platform Engineering and self-service infrastructure repositories.
• Knowledge of SRE principles.
• Familiarity with alerting and monitoring tools in GCP (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging).
• Experience creating and managing custom metrics and alerts for systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve Terraform-based infrastructure on GCP.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Create and support on-demand workflows for various applications or services.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate on platform engineering tasks, including self-service provisioning, role/permission management, and infrastructure templates.
• Provide cloud-related support and troubleshooting as needed.
