We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer expert in Windows Server administration and PowerShell automation. The ideal candidate also has worked with cloud environments like AWS or Azure, networking fundamentals, and Linux/Unix systems.

In this role, you will work directly with customers after the sale to implement, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure platforms. You will serve as the technical owner for customer onboarding, ensuring smooth product adoption and long-term success.

This is a client-facing engineering role that requires both strong communication skills and deep hands-on technical expertise.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in roles such as Windows Server Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles

• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with the ability to write complex scripts from scratch

• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure, and ideally VMware or Red Hat Virtualization

• Ability to analyze server and application logs and perform root-cause analysis

• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in technical onboarding, troubleshooting, or implementation contexts

• Solid networking foundation (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)

• Familiarity with server infrastructure in Unix/Linux environments

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in parallel

• A proactive, adaptable, and customer-first mindset

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
