Claude Code Developer

Our positions are full-time, remote, and offer competitive compensation in USD.

We are looking for a Claude Code Developer with proven experience using Claude Code in real-world projects and a solid background in AI development, prompt engineering, and backend engineering. This role involves building intelligent, high-performance systems while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI-assisted coding agents. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating technical decisions, writing clean code, and navigating full-stack environments with a focus on backend systems in Nest.js, TypeScript, and Java.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience using Claude Code in production environments

  • Strong prompt engineering skills and experience applying AI logic to real use cases

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer

  • Strong experience with TypeScript and backend services using Nest.js

  • Experience with Java and frameworks like Spring Boot

  • Familiarity with React for full-stack development

  • Experience working with microservices and event-driven architectures

  • Unit testing and production support experience

  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Claude 3 Opus advanced usage (tool use, code generation, retrieval-augmented generation)

  • Experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini

  • Experience working in customer-facing environments
