Senior Backend Engineer

Our positions are full-time, remote, and offer competitive compensation in USD.

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Golang, and solid experience Python to join a high-performing, globally distributed team working on an AI project. You’ll be building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that power real-world products.

This role is perfect for someone with at least 5 years of backend development experience, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for clean, efficient code. You should be comfortable owning backend services end-to-end and communicating technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer

  • Strong expertise with Golang in production environments

  • Solid experience with Python

  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query performance tuning

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services for building and scaling applications

  • Solid understanding of system design, API architecture, and best practices

  • Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
