We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/Product Designer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data-dense, decision-oriented interfaces for a technical product where clarity, precision, and trust are the top priorities.

As part of our team, you will lead the UX strategy for a data-driven web platform, translating complex statistical concepts into intuitive UI experiences. You will own the full design process—from ideation through production-ready implementation—delivering interactive data visualizations and reusable design systems in close collaboration with the product’s technical leadership.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, with strong emphasis on data-heavy interfaces.

• Proven portfolio of custom data visualizations, ideally using D3.js.

• Strong front-end skills and the ability to deliver production-ready interfaces.

• Experience designing interaction models such as comparative baselines, time window selection, and statistical analysis flows.

• Deep understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.

• Fluency in communicating statistical or distribution-based data through UI.

• Experience in financial, analytics, or enterprise SaaS products.

• Comfort working in fast-moving, early-stage environments with minimal structure.

• Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.
