We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. As part of our organization, you will play a key role in leading complex engineering initiatives, ensuring technical clarity, system stability, and scalable backend architecture.

In this role, you will maintain and optimize an existing Python monolithic application, while also designing and deploying Golang-based microservices. You will work closely with the team to ensure high availability, performance, and long-term scalability across systems. Additionally, you will leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows and productivity.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience leading and executing complex backend initiatives.

• Strong experience maintaining, scaling, and optimizing Python applications, particularly monolithic architectures.

• Proven experience designing and developing microservices using Golang.

• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, especially Lambda and DynamoDB.

• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCode in real development workflows.

• Strong technical communication skills and ability to guide engineering efforts.

• English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.
