Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a highly adaptable Administrative Assistant who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership without being asked. You're the kind of person who figures things out, adjusts quickly, and keeps operations running smoothly — even when priorities shift. You'll work closely with our HR and Operations team, supporting both internal processes and client-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across multiple workstreams within HR, Finance, and Operations
Manage communications, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Handle client-facing interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation with a high standard of accuracy
Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organization
Follow through on tasks end-to-end, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in administrative, client-facing, or operations roles
Advanced English (written and spoken) — required
Experience in fast-paced environments — required
Based in Ecuador or able to work on Ecuador time (GMT-5)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
Strong attention to detail — accurate in documentation, communication, and task execution
Solid Excel skills (data tracking, basic formulas)
High ownership, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Exposure to HR, operations, or project coordination
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or CRM tools
