While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the unique needs of each client and project, you will generally be expected to design, build, and maintain robust and high-performance applications using the Java ecosystem. We value engineers who take ownership of the development lifecycle, proactively resolve blockers, and maintain high standards of code quality and performance in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer or in a similar backend-focused capacity.

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher) and core enterprise frameworks like Spring Boot or Jakarta EE.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and building RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Interest or practical experience in leveraging LLMs and AI tools to optimize development workflows.

• Ability to adapt to different tech stacks, enterprise tools, and project requirements.

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency

• Experience with containerization and infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (like React or Angular) or developer automation tools.
