We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in at least one of the following modules: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Time & Absence, or Benefits Cloud.

This role will primarily focus on identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving post-implementation configuration issues and defects, while supporting testing, reporting, system stabilization, and Oracle quarterly releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud HCM functionality based on business and HR requirements.

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve configuration issues and defects within Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Time & Absence, and/or Benefits Cloud.

• Work independently against an active post-implementation ticket backlog, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Configure and maintain workflows, approval rules, eligibility rules, Fast Formulas, and other module-specific functionality.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, managed service providers, and other cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and resolve issues.

• Translate HR business needs into effective Oracle HCM configurations and solutions.

• Create and maintain reporting solutions using BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Validate and document configuration changes, fixes, and system behavior.

• Create and execute test cases and regression testing for system and functional validation.

• Support data imports, data validation, and related Oracle HCM processes.

• Evaluate and test functionality introduced through Oracle quarterly releases, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for system improvements.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and downstream dependencies between Oracle HCM and other systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Deep configuration and troubleshooting experience in at least one of the following:

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

  • Oracle Time and Labor / Absence Management

  • Oracle Benefits Cloud

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, approval rules, eligibility rules, or related business logic.

• Experience with Fast Formulas and Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Strong understanding of HR/HCM business processes and cross-module dependencies.

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging Oracle HCM configurations and functional issues in a live or post-go-live environment.

• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Ability to create and execute test cases and regression testing for system validation.

• Experience supporting data imports, data validation, or Oracle HCM data-loading processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong English communication skills - Minimum C1 level proficiency
