ML Engineer (NLP Focus)

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience developing, training, and implementing NLP models.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Python and practical experience working with NLP frameworks, particularly spaCy, to build custom NER models, text classification solutions, and machine learning training pipelines.
This role involves working with text-based datasets, preparing and labeling training data, and developing ML solutions for real-world applications. Experience with sensitive information detection, PII, or data privacy applications is especially valuable.
Requirements:
3+ years with Python
3+ years working with ML, NLP development, or related positions
Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating NLP or machine learning models.
Experience with spaCy, ideally including custom NER, text classification, or training pipelines.
Experience preparing, cleaning, annotating, and managing training datasets.
Familiarity with at least one ML framework or library, such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or scikit-learn.
Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
