Trainee Community Manager

At ioet, a leading software company with a talented team across LATAM, we provide Software Engineering as a service to clients worldwide working on projects ranging from innovative startups to globally recognized brands.

We are seeking a Trainee Community Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, actively participating in the content creation for internal initiatives, tracking and analyzing reports and metrics, and collaborating with multiple departments across the company to drive impactful results.

Requirements:

  • Located in Quito, Ecuador
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Advanced English level. Minimum B2 level proficiency
  • Strong skills with graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva
  • Knowledge of editing video tools like Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.
  • Degree in communications, advertising, graphic design, or other related fields
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Availability to work full-time. Monday to Friday
  • Send your CV and application in English (mandatory)
  • Add a link or upload to your portfolio
  • Desirable: knowledge or experience in the IT industry
