Senior C# Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior C# Backend Developer with strong hands-on coding skills and solid architecture design capabilities. In this role, you’ll contribute to scalable backend systems, take ownership of architectural decisions, and clearly communicate your solutions using UML or C4 diagrams. You'll also collaborate with international teams and stakeholders, so excellent communication and adaptability are essential.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in backend development with C#.
  • Proven ability to write working C# code from scratch (no reliance on IntelliSense).
  • Strong understanding of microservices, API development, and architectural trade-offs.
  • Experience designing and explaining system architecture using UML, C4 diagrams, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and receive feedback.

  • Build and maintain robust backend services using C#, ensuring scalability and reliabilty.
  • Design and optimize database solutions using Redis and DynamoDB.
  • Deploy and manage backend services on AWS, using tools like Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS.
  • Create and present architecture diagrams (UML/C4/ERDs) during design discussions and interviews.
  • Deliver clean, efficient, well-structured code (expect live-coding in the interview process).
  • Stay updated on modern backend and cloud architecture trends.
